~ SEEDS OF INTENTION ~

Could a seemingly simple coloring workshop bring positive change to your life?

Seed of Intention meditation mandala by Debra Cortese for November 2017 workshop

The image above is an example of a finished “Seed of Intention”. It was created by Debra Cortese and it represents her goal for your workshop: “to create and facilitate an enjoyable, creative experience that allows each participant to fully align with, and nourish, a specific career or personal goal.”

The first Seeds of Intention Workshop was presented in 2012 in Miami, Florida. The coloring template was a primitive version of the Flower of Life and it was a learning process for everyone. Debra has presented this workshop for groups and individuals each year since and the feedback continues to be filled with stories of successful goals and enthusiasm for creating additional Seeds of Intention for new and changing goals.
Here is a link to view some of the actual Seeds of Intention created during the first workshop!

SEEDS OF INTENTION keeps evolving as each new workshop inspires participants to share their goals and insights. In addition to offering private workshops, Debra has presented ‘Seeds of Intention’  as one of the options for SUNY Sullivan’s “INSPIREWORKS” during the summer of 2016 at the Narrowsburg Union.

And again in April of 2017 at SUNY Sullivan’s Loch Sheldrake Campus during the 2017 Women’s Conference.

And again in November 2017 at Missing Pieces in Honesdale, PA as a cultural event sponsored by the Wayne County Arts Alliance.

SEED OF INTENTION
on

Wednesday, January 31, 2018
from 1 to 3 pm at:

Western Sullivan Public Library
Tusten-Cochecton Branch
198 Bridge Street, Narrowsburg, NY

On Wednesday, January 17th,  Debra Cortese will present her playful, powerful and compelling, “Seeds of Intention” workshop in Narrowsburg, NY as part of the ongoing cultural events of the Western Sullivan Public Library.

This workshop combines the therapeutic benefits of music, meditation and coloring within the transformational patterns of the universal Flower of Life. Debra will guide each participant through a series of playful exercises designed to clarify your specific personal or career goal. Once you have clarified what you want to manifest, you will embed the energy of already having achieved your goal by intuitively coloring its energetic code within a Flower of Life pattern.

This hand-colored, unique work of art then becomes your ‘Seed of Intention’, a personal meditation mandala which you will use daily to reinforce the energetic flow and manifestation of your goal.
