It’s Mango Season again and I just made my first 2010 batch of Zingy Mango Salsa – with ripe mangos fresh from a tree right outside artist, Rosie Brown’s Miami home! Every year at this time, I remember how incredible a fresh mango tastes!
I’ve been so entrenched in creating custom bag designs for boutiques and getting them produced and out to eco-fashionistas that I missed this year’s Mango Festival at Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden! Know I missed all kinds of exotic tasting and mango festivities so am now creating my own little mango festival. I’ll be giving away a Mango Blue Tote Bag during July. Drawing is on July 24th, winner to be announced right here on the blog! AND, for anyone that does not already have my Zingy Mango Salsa recipe, here’s the link. ENJOY and if you have a favorite mango recipe to share, please post it in the comments section! I’d love to try some different varieties and all kinds of mango recipes!
