After my short bout with Cabin Fever, I got myself right back to work on a few designs for Spring and chose a dandelion photo to work with. I created three different effects from the same photo. Each one a variation of “Dandelion Seeds Ready To Fly Away!
One with an oil paint filter, one with an ‘energy’ effect, and one in paint daubs which is a favorite photoshop filter for me.
Each version is now available as an open edition fine art print on paper or canvas and each design is also available
on totebags, journals, pillows, phone cases and more from my Society 6 shop.

TAURUS PATTERN SWATCH
Getting ready to launch my May 12th TAURUS Giveaway but first, I’d like to share the new TAURUS pattern!
This is an all-over repeat design that was created from elements of the main Flower of Life TAURUS Astrology design.
TAURUS ASTRO DESIGN
The new pattern features a field of golden sacred geometry disks plus waves of spring greens and ocean blues and it coordinates with any of the Taurus Astrology Design products so you can easily mix and match to create your own outfit or room decor!
I especially like the bold combos of the Astro Design on a T-shirt with matching pattern leggings and, the patterned Comforter with the main Astro Design on Pillow Shams. You could even use the patterned window curtains for a coordinated TAURUS themed bedroom!

I’ve wanted to create images combined with nature quotes for many months and today, I just completed the first one.
“I wonder if the snow loves the trees” is an image of Oreo, one of my 5 rescue cats looking out over the Delaware River during the recent snow storm, Nika (NEE-ka), from Greek mythology; the goddess who personified winning or victory. This beautiful Nature Quote is from Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland & Through the Looking Glass by Lewis Carroll:
“I wonder if the snow loves the trees and fields, that it kisses them so gently? And then it covers them up snug, you know, with a white quilt; and perhaps it says “Go to sleep, darlings, till the summer comes again.”
You can find more nature quotes online of course, but Goodreads.com has already compiled a terrific collection!
