figure drawing – live in Coconut Grove

Attended my first drawing class in ages last night. What a great opportunity to get back to basics in terms of artistic skills, get away from the computer-electronic pencils, brushes, biz and more (often wonder just how much the buzzing, jumping electrons affect me physically and mentally).
The opportunity to sketch with fellow artists, classical music playing in the background, just letting my hand and eye determine the transference of the light and shadows on the model into a pencil image on paper. Delightful, refreshing and highly recommended to any artist.
Wednesday evenings from 7-9pm at Windisch-Hunt Fine Arts in Coconut Grove.
