Mango Salsa – is a mixed media (photography and digital art) by Debra Cortese
I lived in Miami, Florida from 2002 to 2012 and as with everywhere I’ve lived, I always have a garden. It is a very integral part of who I have become. Edible plants, herbs and veggies are fabulous to have right outside your door, or in pots on the patio. Mango Salsa is an image of the final, very edible and mouthwatering salsa recipe that I was creating on that hot Miami day in 2008. This is a new version of that image, created in 2016 from my studio along the Delaware River in Narrowsburg, NY. It’s hot here now on July 13th and I’ve been following my Miami friends’ posts about the annual Mango Festival at Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden and about the great mango harvests this year. So, while I’ll have to visit my favorite market for mangos before I can recreate my favorite Mango Salsa Recipe, I am enjoying the process of recreating a few of my Edible Garden Art images 🙂
Mango Salsa is available on fine art paper in the 3 sizes listed in the drop down menu. It is also available on canvas in the 20 inch x 28 inch size only. All of the art prints are created with archival inks and the paper or canvas are fine art quality. I inspect, hand-sign, pack and ship each fine art print personally. The Mango Salsa image is printed as your order is confirmed. Please allow 7 to 10 days for production and shipping*. If you would prefer overnight shipping, contact Debra by phone or email.

Each fine art print is created once your order is confirmed. Debra will inspect and sign the print before it is rolled and packed into a sturdy shipping container. Shipping and insurance coverage is included in our price only to addresses within the continental USA. Applicable state sales tax will be added to your total at checkout. Delivery time is normally 7 to 10 days.

Each canvas is created once your order is confirmed. The image will be gallery-wrapped (the image extends around the sides of the stretched canvas) on a wooden frame. This allows the art to be hung directly on a wall or if you prefer, you can have it framed once your receive your new art. Debra will inspect and sign the canvas before it is packed into a sturdy shipping container. Shipping and insurance coverage is included in our price only to addresses within the continental USA. Applicable state sales tax will be added to your total at checkout. Delivery time is normally 7 to 10 days.
