My cats are great when it comes to posing for product photos and they are always eager to pose if treats are involved. Pretty sure Sammy Cat had just consumed his first round of treats and is looking for more in this photo.
I realize his ability to focus and stay in one place is limited to at most, 2 minutes, so have to shoot quickly and be content with the best photo out of the 3 or 4 good ones. This is definitely a fun part of my work and the cats usually love the extra attention.
ABOUT THE GIVEAWAYS
This is the second month that I’ll be giving away two of the new Flower of Life Astrology Design products and this month the giveaways are again, the popular Tote Bag and Metal Travel Mug. Each one features the bold, earthy, TAURUS design which represents the current alignment of planetary influences during the April 21 through May 20 time period.
The actual drawing will happen on Friday, May 12th at 9 am EST and two names will be randomly selected. Next, I’ll notify each person – ideally through email, but if necessary due to the preference and popularity of social media, I’ll contact you through your Facebook or Instagram account.
Once you respond and I have your confirmed shipping address, I’ll announce the winners and get your Totebag or Travel Mug in the mail!

TAURUS PATTERN SWATCH
Getting ready to launch my May 12th TAURUS Giveaway but first, I’d like to share the new TAURUS pattern!
This is an all-over repeat design that was created from elements of the main Flower of Life TAURUS Astrology design.
TAURUS ASTRO DESIGN
The new pattern features a field of golden sacred geometry disks plus waves of spring greens and ocean blues and it coordinates with any of the Taurus Astrology Design products so you can easily mix and match to create your own outfit or room decor!
“Every astrology design in my Flower of Life Sacred Geometry collection has been created as a meditation on that particular sign. I set an intention to create images that would share the highest and most inspirational vibration of each sign’s planetary aspects, known characteristics and the essence of its element (earth, fire, air or water). The colors and patterns of each sign developed organically as I tuned into the energy that flowed through my muse. My eyes, hands and photoshop were merely tools expressing and translating the vibratory meanings that downloaded as the images you can see on this page. I also intended that these images could be used as visual meditation tools to amplify the positive aspects of astrological alignments and in particular, to set specific, personal intentions that will activate the energy of the desired outcome every time you touch, or acknowledges, your intention through visual and emotional alignment with these powerful designs.”

I’m very happy to share that I’ve repurposed one of my favorite design collections – the Flower of Life Sacred Geometry Astrology Designs!
Right now there are over 20, fun and functional products in my new Society6 Shop.
All 12 signs of the Zodiac are available with the intentionally empowering, Flower of Life Astrology Designs!
In my ongoing effort to organize my spaces and work flow, I’ve been reviewing and reorganizing thousands of files. In this process I re-discovered my Flower of Life Astrology Designs and was instantly inspired to revive this particular collection based on two main features: 1. All of the designs were created with the intention to share the positive aspects of their respective astrological sign which is layered over and within the powerful pattern of the ancient Flower of Life. 2. Millions of people are interested in the astrological interpretations and insights of their astrological birth alignments so, I’ll be sharing info & insights from my favorite astrologers throughout the year.
That said, I would like to not only re-introduce the Flower of Life Astrology Designs on this first day of Spring in my birth sign of Aries, I would also like to announce…
On April 12th (which just happens to be my birthday) I’ll be giving away not one, but two ARIES Flower of Life designs, one is on a Travel Mug and one is on a Tote Bag.
These are both from my new Society6 shop – in case you absolutely can not wait for the Giveaway Drawing or you just want to see all of the designs and dozens of great products.
This PISCES Flower of Life Astrology Design along with eleven more Signs of the Zodiac are now available on 20 different products in Debra’s Society6 Shop.
PISCES – February 19 – March 20
What’s Your Sign used to be a prelude to, or an actual pickup line. Maybe it still is, but at my age, I’d probably answer that I’m a triple Aries which, if you are familiar with the basic traits of the different signs, would immediately indicate that you should leave now or be forever entranced, or tormented, depending upon your own planetary alignments.
from Google search:
The most compatible signs with Pisces are generally considered to be Taurus, Cancer, Scorpio and Capricorn. The least compatible signs with Pisces are generally considered to be Gemini and Sagittarius.
According to a very well-worn astrology book that has been in my library since the early1980’s, Pisceans are exceptionally intuitive, among the kindest and most compassionate people in the Zodiac. They are true humanitarians, are often artistic, and they have a natural aptitude for psychic communication. The information continues to thoroughly describe aspects of the Pisces personality and traits as they interact with each of the twelve houses of the zodiac.
I’ve always been interested in astrology and to me it is yet another aspect of the great wonders of nature. The spectacular and infinite space, stars, sun, moon, planets, galaxies and black ‘wholes’ surrounding our planet often represent vast unknown, mysterious other worlds, and just as easily, can be considered as an extension of the energetic waves of our entire universe.
I’ve intentionally used the ancient Flower of Life pattern as a grounding and empowering base for each of the twelve astrology signs. Each individual sign has also been created by consciously aligning with the major known aspects of its positive strengths and attributes.
My intention in creating these designs is twofold. First I would like you to enjoy their vibrant colors and patterns and second, if you choose, your Flower of Life Astrology Design can be used as a daily meditation mandala to assist you with staying focused on what is wanted in your life.
Watch for my next post featuring ARIES…
Hmmn, maybe I should have a guest writer for this one!
Bee populations are plummeting! Yet the Environmental Protection Agency recently sided with Dow AgroSciences to approve a new, highly toxic bee-killing pesticide called sulfoxaflor.
And now the EPA is considering expanding the number of crops this pesticide can be sprayed on to include corn, alfalfa, oats, and several other significant and widely grown crops.
Will you help? Tell the EPA to deny Dow AgroScience’s application to expand the registration of the bee-killing pesticide sulfoxaflor now.
Nearly one-third of our crops—including many vegetables, fruits, nuts, and seeds—depend on bees for pollination. But bees in our country are dying at unprecedented rates, and scientists are pointing to pesticides like sulfoxaflor as a cause.
A world without bees is unimaginable. Earthjustice is doing everything we can to save the bees, using the law and the power of the courts. But we need your help to change this latest proposal.
Help us ensure the health of the bees and our planet. Take action now to save bees!
That’s why I signed a petition to U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, which says:
“As a citizen concerned about our nations health and food security, I urge you to deny Dow AgroScience’s application to expand the registration of the bee-killing pesticide sulfoxaflor so that it can be sprayed on corn, alfalfa, oats, and several significant and widely grown crops.
Honeybees are dying at rates unprecedented in history, prompting the U.S. Department of Agriculture to warn that it is no longer confident in our ability to ‘meet the pollination demands of U.S. agricultural crops’; Rather than expand the number of crops that can be sprayed with highly toxic and systemic insecticides like sulfoxaflor, the EPA must take immediate steps to help bees recover. I join with other members of Earthjustice in calling for you to suspend the use of sulfoxaflor on all crops pending a thorough analysis of the impacts to bees and the many crops that depend on bees for pollination.”
